Refund policy

We accept returns on US online sales.

Please email nyjewelrync@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. You will receive a return authorization number and a prepaid return label. Your order must be returned within 48 hours of delivery with all its original packaging including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials.

We cannot accept jewelry without tags or that has been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way. New York Jewelry has the right to reject a return if the item appears altered or shows signs of wear in any way. We will refund your credit card less shipping costs (insured return $70) and a restocking fee of 10% no later than 30 days after receipt.

Please note that bespoke, preordered, personalized or custom items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL

All online international orders are Final Sale.

If you refuse your international order, you will be refunded upon receipt, less the cost of international return shipping, any customs fees, and 10% restocking fees.
